1. Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept any other credit card at this stage but we are working on it.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, basically we can ship to any country in the world. Free shipping is only offered within European Union and Switzerland, though.
3. Do you offer Customer Accounts?
Yes. You can create a Customer Account while shopping. Once you have created your online account this will enable you to complete the shopping process quickly, create a Wish List and track any orders that you make.

Yes.
5. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do have several branch stores in Austria.
6. Can I track my shipment online?
You can track the status of your order online via the Link and Code we send you in our shipment notification email.
7. Do you ship to other addresses?
Yes, the shipping address may be different from the billing address.
8. What are your delivery times?
After you have received an email from us that your order has been shipped delivery may be expected within 1 to 2 business days for Austria, 2 to 3 business days for Germany.
9. How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping within Europe for purchases above Euro 50.
For orders under Euro 50 we charge a Europe-wide shipping fee of Euro 2,90.
10. What are your shipment options?
Your order will ship with the Austrian Postal Service. On request we can also ship using express delivery or a carrier of your choice. Please note that extra shipping charges will occur!
11. Will you ask me before sharing my information with third parties?
We never share any information with third parties!
12. Will you share my personal information with third parties?
No, of course not!
13. Is my credit card information safe with you?
Absolutely! All personal and credit card information is encrypted for your protection. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your transaction is safe. Your credit card information is processed by a clearing house, not by us.
14. How can I pay?
The easiest payment option is credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club). We also accept PayPal payments, advance payment or C.O.D. For C.O.D. services we charge a Euro 8 handling fee.
